This is the area of our site where we are going to be posting our reviews of herp and herp supply sellers. We invite you to write us to give us a review of your shopping experience with a herp or herp supply seller. Example: If you buy a herp and are told that everything is well with it but you get it, and you can tell that something is wrong with it, this is where you come to complain so that others may be warned. Keep in mind though that your purchase may have been completely coincidental and you should contact the seller first to have them help you troubleshoot any issues your herp may have. Also let us know if you have a good experience so that we know who we can trust. For all complaints we will investigate the seller to get both sides of the story. This is not a place where we will trash a seller to give our own business a better reputation. If your complaint is found invalid then we will not post it. If your complaint sounds valid but the sellers complaint is valid then we will post both sides of the story so that we may all learn from the experience. Also let us know on a scale of 5 stars with 1 being bad and 5 being excellent what you think of your overall experience with the company. Thank you. Reviews: www.reptilesupply.com - My business partner and I have both made a few purchases a piece with these guys. They have the most reasonable prices for herp supplies around. I personally like to think of them as the Wal-Mart of the herp world. They may not have everything that you are looking for but they do have a nice seletction. Shipping can be a bit slow when choosing standard shipping. They are located in Florida and I am in Iowa. I think that, that is largely due to the processing time for the payment though. It is good that I am patient. I wouldn't be suprised if this company expands to other states. If they do they should choose a someplace in the midwest like Iowa! Be sure to check them out. Mike told me that they contacted him via email to ask for a litte more shipping to cover the cost for the service they use which is Fedex. He emailed them back with a question on that and they never contacted him back. He called them to asked them if they still need the extra cash. They told him that they would just go ahead and ship the package. A more days pass by and still no package so he calls them again to get a tracking number because he never got one. They advised him that they had to back order the package but would ship it that day. He told me about it and I advised him to request a refund instead and we can just go to Petco in Des Moines because we had to run to that part of the state anyway. He called them back the next day and they said that they already shipped it gave him his tracking number. He asked if there is anything that they could do for the inconvenience and they refunded the shipping costs. In my opinion the communication of this company is 3 out of 5 stars at best. As an over all score though I would have to give them a 4 till we do more business with them to see if there is any other issues. **** S.M. These guys have the market cornered hands down on live rodents. Most mice run $2.00 to $2.50 a mouse. Not these guys. Their mice are only $0.75 a piece and the babies are cheaper yet. Jumbo mice are only $0.85 a piece. Rats are a steal as well. I am looking forward to doing business with them again soon! These guys are 5 star all the way! ***** S.M.
